INLE LAKE
About (an hour drive) 30 km to the south of Taunggyi is Inle Lake which is the Second Largest Lake in Myanmar. The lake itself is about 900meters above sea-level and studded with floating islands. There can be seen the floating islands, market, farms and unusual leg-rowers. Other attractions are
Phaungdaw Oo Pagoda Festival, silk weaving industries and Inle spa.
